St. Patrick's Day here was all about the green! I made a green breakfast of green eggs, green milk, and green fruit.
We all wore green shirts (even Alex had a cute green outfit).
For dinner, I made fettuccine Alfredo and colored the sauce green. I made a green Jello salad and colored the butter green. I made Irish soda bread, which wasn't green, but fit in with the theme of St. Patrick's Day. I made Leprechaun Lime Punch, which was--guess what color it was--GREEN! We had friends over for dinner and they brought a green salad. And for dessert we had Shamrock Cupcakes with green frosting. All in all we had a GREEN day!!
